Foundation Spatial Data Working Group

The QSIC Foundation Spatial Data Working Group was formed in June 2008 to progress the revision of the 1995 QLIS Foundation Information Standard.   

The Working Group prepared the 2009 QSIC Foundation Spatial Data Standard.

The Working Group is now facilitating the coordination of access to foundation spatial data as part of the Right to Information Act 2009 and Information Privacy Act 2009 requirements.
