Membership to the SIQ working group includes Queensland universities, state government departments and other industry representatives with an interest in spatial research and development activities.

The SIQ Working Group will provide advice to QSIC on the most urgent and common needs for spatial information research and development in Queensland, developing a long term agenda for these activities.

The Working Group will also collate information about resourcing opportunities, coordinating collaborative funding applications and providing a forum for participants and stakeholders.
